Karter Jones is an undergraduate student at the Kansas City Art Institute pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Printmaking. Working primarily in stone lithography, Karter’s work explores ideas of home, memory, horror, and the body. Inspirations from film, literature, and television are strong in their work, with recent influences including horror films that explore themes of cannibalism.

Currently working with Kelsey Pike at Sustainable Paper Craft as an intern, Karter is working on refining their craft and exploring new ways of making.
